Hope you are better this morning
Today will be as low carb as possible as weigh in is tonight and I dont think it will do well...I havent lost any of the weight I gained over Christmas, but lost 3 pounds I had gained New Years

I am on the right track though....by next week the loss should be awsome
B- 2 eggs and water and a vitamin C
L- 2 deviled eggs
S- Salad with turkey and cheese and ranch
Tommorow will be alot healthier and I will add fruits and veggies in ASAP!
