Daily food log (Challenge)

    Breakfast: pumpkin bread (diet) 70 calories
    Coffee
    Snack: yogurt 60
    Lunch: vegetable soup (free vegetables and broth) 25 calories
    crackers (22 oyster) 60
    salad with 2 oz chicken 100
    Dinner: 3 oz steak 200
    1 sm baked potato/ 1 tbls sour cream FF100
    salad/spray dressing
    Snack: banana 60
    I didn't eat enough calories today, but tomorrow will be a big eating day for me. It is my anniversary and we are going out.

    I did not do well today. Went out to breakfast, fast food at lunch and to dinner tonight! Tomorrow is another day!

  • Well here is day 2 on the South beach diet for me ...

    B- 2 eggs and 1 slice cheese
    L- kraut and 1/2 all natural beef hotdog
    S- turkey and green beans and 6 oz skim organic milk
    snack- a few sf lifesavers and maybe a few peanuts

    Haven't eaten as I should today, because I have a sinus infection and don't feel well. But all in all, I guess I didn't do too bad.

    Today will be as low carb as possible as weigh in is tonight and I dont think it will do well...I havent lost any of the weight I gained over Christmas, but lost 3 pounds I had gained New Years I am on the right track though....by next week the loss should be awsome

    B- 2 eggs and water and a vitamin C
    L- 2 deviled eggs
    S- Salad with turkey and cheese and ranch

    Tommorow will be alot healthier and I will add fruits and veggies in ASAP!
  • I did better today!
    I have bronchitis and am on much meds. I went to the Dr to get test results yesterday and he said, 'You sound sick!' Listened to my chest and lungs... and ask how long I had been sick and why hadn't I been in sooner. ha
    As if you can just call in and get an appointment right then!
    I didn't go to weigh in last night. So really don't know how I did. I haven't even been on my scales. Any way I do feel a little better today. As the old saying goes...this too shall pass.

  • I didnt make it through phase one...I am just gonna try to eat right and see how it goes...

  • Back to Weight Watchers here girls...otherwise I am a huge binger..

    Breakfast- 1 pkt instant apple cinnamon oatmeal 2pts
    Lunch- maybe a whole can of chicken noodle soup 3 pts and a 3 pt grilled cheese
    Supper- 1 cheeseburger 8 pts and a 2 pt pkt of baked cheetos 100 cal pak
    snacks- 1 fruit cup , 1 -4 oz ff yogurt and a ww ice cream 2pts
    I will have a 100 calories pack of grasshopper cookies tonight when I watch tv 2 pts, and 2 cups airpopped popcorn
