Good Friday Morning and Happy Weigh In Day!!!

I hit the scale first thing this morning and was happy to see a one pound loss. That brings my total to 36 pounds since beginning the Atkins Plan on June 15, 2001!

Slow and steady wins the race! I depend on those NUMBERS GOING DOWN as a reward for staying ON PLAN! I hope the scale continues to go in the LEFT direction!

I hope you all weigh in just a bit lighter today....r if Mr. Scale is NOT kind to you....I hope there is an inch or two lost here and there instead!

If you stay ON PLAN....
If you DRINK YOUR WATER.....
If you MOVE YOUR BUTT....
If you KEEP POSTING HERE FOR SUPPORT....
If you MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE ...
If you DON'T GET OFF THE BUS.....

Hi all

242# today down 2 from last week,

Boy I would like to see the mark on the scale to be the other side of 240 next week

Today I am down 4 1/2 lbs
was 314 1/2 current - 310 FINALLY BACK TO LOSSING!!!!!

Lost forever - 28 lbs so far

I'm sooo glad you all made some progress. It's so exciting.

I GAINED 2lbs. I found what you lost.
Anyways I'm 151 today.

Next week will be a GOOD week for me. I've felt really bloated since yesterday. It may be that time of the month already again.
