There's a few of us bumbling our way through "Body for Life". Have you read Bill Phillips book or "Body for Life for Women" by Pamela Peeke? There's a website too.
It'd be great if you'd like to join us. There isn't necessarily a start and finish line. It can be a 12 week challenge.
