Quick good morning ladies! I have been swamped with trying to get knitting done for Christmas. I get in here to post at my regular thread and forget about you girls.

I am finally going to my first Red Hat Society lunch on Saturday. I am really looking forward to it. That is if Jack doesn't get worse. He has picked up a horrible cold and because he doesn't have any sick time built back up since his surgery, he has to go to work sick. If he doesn't he not only loses pay, but they write him up and reprimand him. It is stupid, but it is the rules.

I have now finished, a baby hat, booties, 2 baby sweaters a baby blanket, 2 3/4 children's sweaters, and a felted handbag, which I have to do over because it shrunk too much. I still have two handbags, the rest of the sweater for T and some booties and such I want to make for the baby coming in June.

Well gals, I need to go and get morning chores accomplished. I didn't sleep to hot because I was nervous about Jack getting rest so now I am dog tired and may go back to bed after he goes to work.

Just a quick check in for now. I've been under the weather with a nasty sore throat, and just don't feel like doing anything.:( Doesn't help that the weather has turned nasty and very cold.
