Talking Low Carb Club Weigh In for Friday, October 12
Getting this ready all! How much lighter will the bus be THIS week?
Post any weight loss........(along with your total so far)....inches....new pant size...etc. ANYTHING to inspire us!

Ok.......... (Held my brath for this one......cause TOM hit me last night) I weighed in this morning 1 pound lighter!

That makes a total of 37! Whew!

I have all my ON PLAN foods packed for the weekend. (A small bag of peanuts, too.)

I will check back in on our Support thread on Sunday night and check in here to make sure everyone WEIGHED IN!

Today.....306 lost 4 more lbs
total loss so far 32 lbs and sliding down the scale!!!!

Only 7 more lbs to be under 300 , only 7 more!!!!!!!

yes!YES!! YES!!!

I am beginning to love my scale again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I weighed in at 240.5 this am. Down 1.5 from last week. I can see the 230's and I am so close!!!

Total loss is 31.5 #

I have gone from a size 26/28 to a 22/24.
Total inches lost 29"+

Way to go Dana and Pam!!!!
