Low Carb Menu for 9/15-9/21

  • Starting this like promised.

    b-egg salad, and bite of tuna salad, and chicken with cheese sauce
    l-small amount of peanuts (BAD)
    d- Huge cheffs salad

    exercise eliptical for 30/400
    and the poor horse back riding for about 10 min

    exercise oliptical for 40 min at 500 cals and then75 crunches

    e-elliptical for 35 min bellydancing tonight and then possible kickboxing if i can get the kids setteled tonight!

  • Exercise YES a killer day for elliptical 35 min 500 cal then lower =body!!!
