b-egg salad l spoon of peanut butter d-steak and salad exercise oliptical for 40 min at 500 cals and then75 crunches pat i need to be fully acountable i am less likely to cheat if i know that i have to come back here ans post it!! |

Exercise YES a killer day for elliptical 35 min 500 cal then lower =body!!!
