started adkins diet on aug.14 and has been going ok, but if anyone has any advise on the diet i would like it very much. Well, I started gaining weight and I couldn't figure out why because I never cheated so I got frustrated and decided to go on a calorie count diet with the lean cuisine and samrt ones. Hopefully I will loose wieght with this diet, if I don't loose my wieght I don't know what I will do next.Started this diet oct.16 at 225lb.
