Help! anyone have suggestions for some one in a wheelchair most of the time?
 

Hi Everyone, Thanks to my daughter I finally know how to send a thread. lol. I can't really walk great yet " new leg " but, do get around. I am committed to loseing all the weight I gained since my operation and I have made a lot of changes but, does anyone have any ideas to add some kind of exercise to my new healthy eating habits? Only loseing a pound a week is frustrateing.:( :thanks:

yes theres a solution! go to amazon dot com and search chair dancing, reach for fitness , and sit tight.
