Help!! I Just Started Atkins This Monday And I Would Like Some Advice And Support So I Wont Fall Off. I'm At 162 Pounds And Wish To Drop To 145. I Know I Can Do It But If I Have Support That Will Motivate Me Even More Any Suggestions?

I have done Atkins before and it definately works for those who follow the program. I think the key to Atkins is planning. You need to make out a weekly shopping list and menus for yourself ahead of time. Also, I might also post a list of allowable foods on the refrigerator. With Atkins, you can't ever let yourself get hungry and not have a plan for what to eat.
