anyways, I am starting Day 1 allll over again (don't worry Wendy, it wasn't the diet, it was me!). I wasn't doing well on food and excercise, so instead of just continuing on with day 5, I want to start all over so I can reap the full benefits of the detox phase. I don't know what happened. It wasn't like I was giving in to cravings or even hungry, it was just something to do. I really need to stop that. Eating out of boredom----look where that got me in the first place!
