    Lunch:
    3 slices swiss cheese
    24 oz water

    Snack:
    1/4 cup pistachio nuts

    Dinner:
    1/2 chicken breast
    small serving cole slaw
    24 oz water

    small dinner salad w/blue cheese dressing
    1 chicken pot pie (Bob Evans)
    2 coffees, black
    8 oz water

    Snack:
    1 lo-carb ice cream bar
    24 oz water

    5 whole wheat crackers
    24 oz water

    Snack:
    2 cups coffee/black
    1 fruit roll

    Dinner:
    going out to eat ... buffet ... will try really hard to eat well ...
