The Birthday Present!!!!
 

So, I have decided to lose 24 pounds by my birthday! I think that being healthy and losing weight is a great birthday present! Does anyone else have a birthday goal?

I'm Vanessa, Im 26 years, and my birthday is August 15th. I was to be 181 pounds by then, which means I have to lose 24 as I am 205 today. Im 5'9.
I live in Northern BC, Canada, and I am a SAHM to 2 little boys under the age of 3. My husband is a welder who is gone long periods. I like to walk every morning, and go to the gym 4 times a week. I have been doing calorie counting and exercise as my diet of choice, and its going well!

That is a great present to yourself!I am doing something similar. I am turing the big 3-0 this year and really want to start my thirties healthy and more fit. My birthday is Nov 4 and my goal is to be down at leat 30 by then. Kind of a 30 by 30 manta going. I am 177 now with a end goal of 135.

I'm also with you. I am now 157 pounds and would like to be down to 140 pounds by my birthday on August 19th. If we all try we can do it.

I too have a Birthday goal! The ticker is in my sig. I want to be 170 by my birthday (July 23) but I don't know if I will make it. But I should make 180 :) And that is totally fine with me!

i have a birthday coming in august also AUGUST 7th. I will be 28 ....I would like to be in onederland by my b-day:D haven't been there in a long while would be a nice gift to myself :hat:
