Um. How do I get in on a challenge?

Josi-there are only 3 weeks left so just set a goal weight to hit by Memorial day. That's all and post here with your weekly weigh-in.
This week is going ok so far. Not doing as much excercise as I want to though. Hopefully today is the day I kick it up a notch!! With all you girls on TOM, hang in there and don't give in to the cravings. You can do it!! |
i went and bought some slim fast today. I'm hoping this will keep me on track a little more with having everything i'm going to eat that day already set out. Added up the points- 11 for breakfast lunch and snack then stay with in points for dinner and I will be doing good ;) I can do this

I'll go with 175, though that'll be pushing my luck a bit.

Josi-don't sweat it. I have 19 lbs to lose in 3 weeks. not gonna happen but I'm going to try to get rid of all i can. 5 pounds is so doable. good luck!!!

My weekly weigh in was today. I am 163. I don't think I am going to make my goal but I will keep plugging along. Good job everyone!

Hey Josi. I have 5 pounds left to lose as well for this challenge. It's doable, but we just gotta stick with it, and if not, hey, 4 is good too.

Welcome JC! Ummm, this might sound kinda weird but do you watch Smallville?
Just tell me your current weight so I can post it. I close the old thread every Sunday night and post a new one for the new week and you have to post your weight on your weigh in day so I can keep track. We only have two weeks ( after this week ends) but I'm going to start a June challenge as soon as I decide on a date and you can join that one if you want. :) Memo to everyone: My area has been having some heavy rain and you all know how much Charter sucks so if you don't see me for a couple of days, it's because our internet went out....AGAIN! But hopefully, it won't. :) |

I don't think I should join any more challenges until I figure out why I'm not losing. Hopefully I can get it figured out by the end of the month. Keep your fingers crossed. I do think it has a little bit to do with this being the same weight I was during most of high school and my body just doesn't want to get smaller yet. It's like a set point. But I'll be increasing my exercise and doing some calorie cycling. Hopefully that will work. Nothing else I've tried has. Good luck to those who do another challenge. |
