Now it's time to start fresh, kinda like back in kindergarten. I have switched from Coke (cola for any questions) to water though I need to drink more of it daily. I am trying to not snack between meals--including trips around the office building dipping for chocolate from the candy jars......
Is anyone interested in trying this weight loss thing again and helping support each other in the journey??





I feel energized , nope I'm lying I'm exhausted , to much brain exercise
