this is for those who recently started the South Beach Diet. Phase 1 can be very hard to get pass, so i created this thread to help form a support group. i recently just started the South Beach Diet as well, and struggling through it myself. Anyways, leave your AIM/Yahoo/MSN sns for easier communication!

I think you've already found out South Beach support group, and we hope you'll find it helpful :D

Our members that like to communicate through AIM/etc have them listed in their profiles, and the icons show up under their avatars. We ask that members not put them in posts because they get spidered and are also picked up by anyone that happens to be lurking. When you add it to your profile, it's only visible to logged in users. So keep your eyes peeled for those icons, and feel free to add yours if you'd like! Go to your UserCP... Edit Profile... and add them in there :)
