well it was an okay week. I'm down 1 pound to 189.5 How did everyone else do?

I've been plateauing (bingeing definitely not helping). At least I'm not gaining. I'm super-focused this week, so I know I'll post a loss next week. Isn't it just like us 20-somethings to be absentminded? Or everyone must have had a bit too much to drink on St. Paddy's Day.
