Good morning!!!

It's a brand new day and I'm off to a great start. No excercise yet, but I feel energetic and not hungry. That's always a good thing. I have a different mindset now. I'm going to lose this weight once and for all. And I'm not going to starve myself either....just eat right and excercise. I think that is the best thing to do.

tofat-good job on sticking to your excercise regimen. You're doing awesome!!! Keep it up!

Wendy-hope your headache is gone today and you get back into the exercise thing!!

P.S. I am soooo glad I don't know a girl scout over here in georgia. If i Did I'd probably gain 10 pounds stuffing my face with cookies!!!!

Hi! Not feeling to badly today! I'm not going to push things though! Just going to eat properly and do some house work while I wait for my order to come in.
I'm getting ready for Monday already! Just have to pick up some fruit,veggies and refill my meds.

Rosario-Glad you're back on track today. I glanced at everyones points for yesterday, and you did OUTSTANDING!!!! Good for you to make something great of a crappy day.

Wendy-Hope you continue to feel better every day.

I did my spinning for 45 min, then came home and did Turbo Jam for 45. Then I proceeded to shampoo my living room carpet. (Lots of rain-2 dogs, husband let them in this morning and forgot to wipe the paws! EGADS!!!!!) My legs are still sore, but after I start moving it gets easier. Water intake is high today due to the workouts, so as long as I don't blow it eating wise, I'll have a good point day.

LOL Wendy... the motivating I can probably do; I can cheer everybody else on but doing it myself I could run into a problem. And the eating right I am in the middle of my second month so it is becoming more natural.... it is all that exercise that might be the issue LOL. But I am also very competitive so this might be just the key I need to get out there more. :rofl: :dance:

Hi guys, had a busy morning with a very early workout and then a hair appointment. Then I was really bad and went shopping again. OK, I did the ultimate in splurge today, and am so excited about it. Do you ever see those adds, women of the world raise your right hand? Well, then you know what I did. I bought myself this gorgeous 1/2 k. diamond ring to wear on my right hand to show myself I'm worth it. TOTAL INDULGENCE-but it was on sale and got a great deal. Hubby will have to learn just cuz he never buys me jewelry doesn't mean I'll go without.

Well, now that I've rambled, I'm REALLY pumped about game 2. (Hope for all 8 and higher days as well.) Welcome to everyone new. Its nice to see so many new posters. Hope we do the job in providing encouragement to each other. Game 1 has really kept me at it, so I'm expecting the same for #2.

Good for you buying yourself something pretty!!!!!:D I am really thinking hard about buying thr power 90 dvd! I think it would help give me the kick in the pant's I need to shed the last 10lbs!! I'm just trying to figure out if I can afford the $75 bucks......I don't think so:( maybe if I forget about my next tattoo for awhile I can do it!!
I am getting a new tattoo when I reach my weight goal!! That will be my congratulatory gift to myself!Although I will have to wait until I'm sure the weight STAYS gone!! If I can manage my weight for a couple months then I think I will deserve it!:D

I am going to get a celtic knot that symbolizes motherhood! It represents protection,and love. I also want to incorporate my mom,dad and sons first initals with it and put it with the Scottish thistle I have on my left shoulder blade. I want the initials because they are the 3 most important people in my life and mom and dad have always been there for me, they have always had my back so to speak. I want it still close to my heart but not on the front of me:D so that is the logical place!!:D

The best idea is to think about what you want,and come up with a general sketch of it!!! I watch Miami Ink whenever I can,I like getting ideas from them and I think Ami is to die for!(heehee)what a cutie!:D

Good Morning everyone! Happy Weekend!

Hope you all have a fun filled weekend ahead of you. We have our family's LADIES OF THE CLAN night. Once a year all the women in the family get together. We have a few hotel rooms and eat, swim, watch chick flicks, do nails/hair, etc. We have a blast. Its great to have all but the little ones participate. SO, today I will break my eating habits. :shrug: I have not had a free day since mid. Feb. so I'm going to try not to feel guilty about any of it today.

I have a turbokick class this morning, and then things begin for the gathering soon after.

Hubby's not upset about my ring purchase, and I'm thrilled by its sparkle.:D I think he's realized that about every 5 years, I'll buy some type of jewelry for myself since he doesn't. I guess I was due.

OK. Prepare yourselves for Monday. I'll bring out the :drill: to keep us all on track.

Wendy, you made a GREAT point in your last comments... yes we CAN have fun and still be good girls and behave!! Pigging out is NOT necessary in order to have fun. In fact we feel SO much better when we can go to bed knowing we did what is right... besides the fact that we are not so stuffed we are sick! :cofdate:

Question about the rules... the point is for 20 minutes of exercise but does it have to be "nonstop?" Example I go walking on both my breaks at work but it can only be 10 minutes at a time... so if I go on both breaks does it count or not count? Don't want to cheat LOL

Glad you're with us!! I would definitely count the two 10 minute walks as one 20 minute piont. Maybe I'd be cheating:o but I would count it!!

Hey Dance- I always combine both my exercise times into one. I never even thought about it (Oops!) Hope I haven't been cheating thru the first game. Have a good one and keep walking.

I do it too!!!! I always do 10 mins on the bike then do another after a couple hours! It says every 20 mins, so if you exercise for 2 mins then 18 it is still 20 right!! Nobody is cheating,no worries:D
So anyway,I had a great time last night!!! My first boyfriend came to meet up with me last night! And I haven't seen him in almost 15 years!! Still a cutie:D We were up late chatting about our old school chums and crazy things we did when we were kids,it was really nice!

Hi, Ladies! I read about your game and would live to join for game #2. The timing seems just right, since you start tomorrow! The idea of points for doing the right stuff appeals to me - probably why I always fall back on WW. We are going to Disney for the spring break, and I want to lose enough that I can enjoy swimming in the hotel pool with my boys without being too self conscious. 6 pounds by 4/7 seems reasonable, I hope. If I could just break 150, I would be thrilled! I'm hoping that this game will help to keep me focused!
