I'm back on track too...after a small melt down after Mother's day

whats up guys? on day 4 and going strong, though yest was the 1st dayy i actually ate 3 meals and expected a gain but thankfully had a small loss which means im dn 3.2 lbs in 3 days plus the other almost 5 i kept off from last time so im dn 8 in a few weeks.

Wow A that is great I Thankfully only gained a pound and a half. Thought I would see another loss this morning but I drank tons of water last night and I think that is what was keeping my weight up. I so need to go food shopping but don't want to get into the stores just yet. I went today and picked up ONLY the things we needed. Didn't want to be around food, got juice, water, fruit bowl, cat litter, toilet paper and a diet coke. I think that is the only time I went in there and didn't come out with some kind of junk. Only spent 23 dollars too... I do like that part though. Had coupons

thats awesome no junk i shopped last weekend no junk only we spent way more than 23....its funny bc junk is cheaper....

all that water is def what kept it from dropping. ppl think that water is weight-less but its not-1g water weighs 10 lbs.

its funny bc i too only gained 1.5 lbs from being off... i think those that otc armour pill is really helping. its expensive tho esp for shipping. i just bought some more but am thinking about returning it b/c my new therapist works for a chiro so if they carry it she might be willing to bring it to me.

otc armour pill...what is that? I really need to find a appetite suppressant pill..
