Ok I will sound now like this huge show off.
I was telling how I got nothign done at work on Thursday and was going to stay up all night working to get something completed, and then I thought - NO my HEALTH and SLEEP are more important. I can do it on Friday.
Of course I can, but I had about a million other things to do, day was super busy and I came in at 7am too. Worked till 5:30, picked up a friend's daughter, drove home, was on the phone with support for 2 hours, and this project from Thursday is still not finished, actually I've done nothing on it since thursday! I am so stressed over this, and today friday seemed like every guy I know called....I talked to all briefly telling how stressed I was. I was falling asleep and very tired, because all night i kept waking up each hour but going back for me, as I could not lift my head off the pillow.
But it was a principle, I went to the gym. No not a huge super hard workout, but a rather simple cardio and 90 crunches...front and both sides, 30 each.
Took a shower and now writing here. Guys I just don't recognize my old self. I feel like this is just as important as washing my hair or brushing my teeth.
I feel proud, but I think I need to up the level a bit. any good lower abs execises? but not while lying on the back, I can hear it's cracking sometimes!
A: Food (3-1) -Day 11 (Jan. 27) Done
B: H2O (3) - Day 12 (Jan. 27) Done
C: Gym (3-1) - Day 11 (Jan. 27) Worked out at the gym.

Wow, so many posts. Just no time to catch up now....and am too tired anyhow. Had a very late night out last night and was very late for work today, but did make it in, mostly because I had lost my waist pack with all my important stuff in it. But, it was back in the last pub we were in so all ended well. I was sooo relieved. Well, I did everything yesterday that I should have, because I got to the gym in the morning before work. Hurrah! Today, though the crunches are going to be tough....but I figure I'll whack 'em out. Everyone hang in there....Shad, major congratulations on completing your challenge!! I hope you stick around. Maybe the motivation will just click in one day. I need it too to get the weight off. It seems I just maintain, which is a lot better than gaining, but still, I would like to get down to 60 kg once and for all and then hold the weight around there. I am going to have to decide to do something that will get me there and just do it!! Resolve, that's what I need, if I can't get any motivation. Ok, later all! Oh, and freaky, I think you look great in your new picture too!

Good morning everyone. It is verrrrrry early here. But I am off to a dog show with a friend of mine shortly. Yikes! Ah well, should be fun, if I stay awake long enough to see the dogs.
I did not make it to the gym yesterday. I was just too bloody tired. If I get back in time today, I will go to the gym, and skip my yoga tape day for the week. If I don't get back in time, I will do the yoga tape, adn just admit I missed one day. Oh the horrors.
I do have to celebrate a victory yesterday. I was in the store twice yesterday, and was able to walk past the food porn safely. the first time was even on my way to the barn, and I was hungry (stomach growling hungry, not just mentally tired after a long stressful day at work hungy). I wasn't in a grocery store with tons of good choices, but I chose a small bag of trail mix instead of food porn or food porn that is by the checkout. And then, after I rode, I had to go pick up some chicken for my dinner, and I was able to go get it, without getting any extras. Hurray.
Have a great day everyone! yOu deserve it.

Thanks for the advice ladies, but you are not going to believe this. This morning when I got up, I'm a flybaby so the first thing I did was to weigh. The scale said 263 which was down a pound right. So from experience I know that it is much lighter when I first get on it in the morning but goes up as the day progresses. So I wait until after my morning routine and breakfast and get on it again. It said, get this, 262. So I said, " Naw." Waited a few more minutes and tried it again. It said 261. Is my scale broken. lol I want to change my marker but I am afraid to. Oh, I actually started induction on Sunday. I just started the challenge afterwards.

Tia: AWESOME!!!!! I would go ahead and move that marker girl!!!!! I don't have a scale... somewhere along the line we DID have one... but we don't now. Havent' thought I really wanted one... denial... yup.
Okies... so... Day 2 all challenges completed!!!!! I have to say... I'm glad I haven't done any food challenges though.... sheesh... I Have NO motivation to cook! It's soo bad.... my poor kiddos.
Last night we ate... well I assume it would be considered food porn so i won't tell. It was that bad.... grrr.... I could smack myself i tell ya.
My legs hurt today from my My oldest daughter and I did a hula fat burn vid -- talk about using your legs! WOW! Then we did Power90.... she's better at it than I am ... broke no sweat... she's such a fit little thing! I told her that if she kept it up she would have a ballerina body for LIFE!!!
Anyway.... on to my day... Take care all!!!

Day 4 WATP challenge complete. Working on Day 4 water challenge in progress. I am scraping induction challenge, instead on Monday I will start a new challenge. I will simply write down everything I eat. I have never managed to do that for more than a week or so. However, I will still try to completely cut out the bad carbs. Not really ready to commit. However, I must congratulate, hope I spelled it right, myself because when I feel off the wagon, it was with good carbs. Yeah Tia!!!
Did you notice I changed my mini goal from 250 to 260. I looks good and is great for a good 2 pound challenge. Huggs and Kisses

Those are great challenges Tia! I haven't done the food diary for very long either. My friends keep telling me to do it... but you know... I think I will make myself ill if I actually have to LOOK at what i consume every day. Isn't that horrible?! I am just not fully do-or-die committed to it yet. Ah... baby steps.
Anyway, I think those mini goal everyone does are great. I think I need to decide on one... did you set a completion date??? I haven't set one for my total loss yet, but I am thinking Christmas time next year??? Maybe all off by my son's 2nd bday? I don't know.
Well girl, you inspire me! Keep up the great work!!!!!!

Thanks, I haven't set a completion date yet, but I have decided to work on mini goals 10 pounds at a time. Yes, you are right, babysteps, babysteps. I haven't look at what that date comes out to be because I have notice that timedowns make me anxious. How old is your son? I have a new baby daughter just turned 4 months ( A complete joy!!!) Are you a stay at home mommy? I have two more kids 5 and 9. Take care.

YES YES YES.
I am 255 this morning!
so excited.
On a side note, I am feelign ehausted and lightheaded as if I am overcomming a flue, you know that feeling when your body is ok, and fighting the virus. I am taking medicine, but totally unable to eat when I am sick or like that, so I know I might lose even more...
got to run, I will give status later.

Hi all. Late Sunday morning here and have to leave soon, so no time again to catch up. I did read everything and things look okay with all I think, so just keep it up. I think I am going to restart my journaling challenge. My writing has been haphazard and brief at best and I want to go for a "cleaner" challenge. The caffeine and crunches okay and I did do the crunches last night. Have to figure out what day I'm on there. I should be writing it on a calendar and keeping it close to the computer as I suggested tia do. Okay, later, folks!
