Hello everyone, well we weighed in today and I lost 2 lbs and DH lost 3.

He's much better at drinking his water than I am, I'll try harder this week. I'll try to be more consistent with some exercise also.
Sunday menu: B: cereal L: none because I was shopping

D: turkey w/ FF gravy & mash potatoes, cranberry S: angelfood cake w/ strawberries
Points: 20 Water: not much Exercise: 15 min. DDR Vitamins: no

Good luck on eating out this week. One of my sisters is having pizza and cake for her son's birthday Tuesday night, I'm trying to decide whether to have 1 slice of each and count the points or whether to bring a 6" subway sub and try to pass on the cake. I don't know how my willpower will be. If it's homemade cake I'll probably cave in, it's its store bought I can maybe say no
Catherine way to go on the rollerskating! I never was very good at it although I bought a skecher pair on eBay not long ago thinking I would try it again...hasn't happened yet. I'm only about 30 minutes from Bridgeport! I used a light balsamic vinagrette to marinate my veggies for a wrap. I'm having them again this week, I can't wait!
I cleaned all candy out of my panty yesterday and am putting it in the candy dish in the conference room. I think I'll make a list of all the projects that need to be done in the house and try to tackle one each night. This will hopefully get me moving and keep my mind off food a little bit
Does anyone know how to sew? I bought a duvet for my bed and bought an extra one to try and make curtains out of. I have extremely limited sewing skills and had to have someone thread the bobbin when I sewed something years ago. I wanted any suggestions before I take a scissor to the new duvey
