Yesterday was a no go...got off work late, had to run errands and by the time I got home it was already 7:30...didn't want to skip dinner so ate a quick few bites of leftovers from the night before and THEN I pulled out the ice cream tub...sigh...I should really throw that away...i guess the good thing was that I took 2 bites and saw that it was right before 8pm...and I thought even though I didn't make 7 I will NOT eat after 8! So tucked it away back into the fridge:D

DG - wow! you're daughter must be happy to have a car!! I know I was when my mom got me my first car!! That's actually a good amount of walking going around car lots so at least you weren't just sitting on your couch!!!

Carla - You can do 15 mins!!! No reason that you cannot meet your goal! Is your gazelle infront of the tv? You only need to watch half an episode of Friends and you're set!!!

Bonnie - Congrats on hitting 200!!! Your weight ticker is definitely an inspiration for me! Can't wait to see what you'll set for yourself on Monday

Mscat - Hope you're feeling better~ Rest up and build up your strength again! being healthy is most important!!

Hi everybody! :newyear: Just thought I'd drop in and wish everyone a Happy New Year! I plan to get back OP on Monday. Will be pulling up the SlimFast recipes for the day and going to the store to get my food. (After watching the rose bowl parade - just love those beautiful floats!) :D

Happy New Year!

As the New Year approaches, I want to thank each and everyone of you for your support and sharing. It has been a glorious 7 months.

I am still sick  as a matter of fact I have lost my voice! Thank goodness for cyber chat. There is no op or exercise for me but I am working on lots of water. Still trying to decide between 6 month body makeover and weight watchers flex plan for my New Year's plan. I am leaning toward WW with meetings - I seem to need the extra level of accountability!

casper - good luck on getting back to your slim fast plan - enjoy the parade.

Bonnie :bravo: great job on maintaining! I got rid of a lot of foodstuffs too. Gave a lot of my processed packaged foods to battered women's shelter. We have purchased our last peach pie for a while.

phatpanda :cheer: for putting that tub of ice cream back!

dgpebbles :woo: on your pound down!

Sushi - hang in there - I found a great mat at Kmart on sale for 9.99. They might be on sale again - even cheaper now.

carla - you are one challenge day ahead of me this week! I am definitely part of the "butt" club. I am actually looking forward to feeling better and getting back on track on Monday.

Fish - how are you doing?

Hope to hear from everyone by Monday a.m. We are starting a new challenge for the new year. So everyone enjoy your holiday and get ready to weigh in and kick some serious butt! Happy New Year to you all.

Happy 2006!

It's New Year's Day and I managed to get in my :tread: workout this a.m. :cb: I have only had 32 oz of water so far but the evening is not over. I hope everyone had a great 1st day of the year. I am excited about weighing in tomorrow and starting our exciting new weekly challenge. See you all in the a.m.

Hi everyone!

Hiya! :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: Hi Mscat, Bonnie and everyone here!! I've missed you all so much but I haven't had much time to get online so I just haven't been in here. (And it shows on my scale! Which I stopped using. I'm weighing once a month now. I have found that if you continue eating right, drinking water, and exercising, when you weigh once a month, you will always have lost something. So I have no bad scale days that way. I lost 50 lbs doing it that way, then in 2005, didn't really lose anything all year, but was staying frustrated by watching the scale. I hate that thing.)

Anyway, I can't wait to get back into my groove! I am going to step it up and I'm so excited. I'm ready to get my body into shape. I've gained over the last 7 mos since my daughter was born. But she is sleeping lots more now and I'm not as much of a zombie so I am dedicated to getting up earlier to exercise and up my water and lower my cals some. Hope you all had a great holiday season. I wrote an article for walking.about.com for getting all your steps in even in the busiest of the holiday season. If anyone wants it, I'll get you a link.
How is everyone doing? I hope last year was good for you! This year will be even better. I have lots of faith in myself that I will reach my goal. That's a good thing, right?

Ok, Talk to you all soon,

Hugs, Selina
