Good work getting yourself back on track after your "grazing" .. doesn't sound like you did too much damage. I myself haven't been too bad and am doing pretty good yesterday and today myself.

Well - my daughter and SIL are on there way here now from Traverse - we are going to have our Christmas together tonite and tomorrow. I haven't been too bad during the holidays eating wise but know I can be better - just trying to make it thru until New Years and then .... strict strict strict!!! This time next year we will all be maintaining our losses instead of trying to lose! 2006 is going to be the YEAR THAT WE DO IT!
