Hi All! Just thought I'd let you all know that all is well here in Winnipeg!! Sticking to what I do best...Diet and exercise!Haven't been able to do much exercise because of my back,oh well,have to wait till it's better or I'll really do some damage.Maybe go do some dancing to loosen things up a little!! LOl!

I don't understand why people use excuses for not eating properly...me,if I don't eat properly it's because I choose to eat that way,not because of any holiday or birthday or stress !

Hi Diane! I haven't been able to do any exescise for almost a week,my back is shot,I have new medication for it that I am going to start tonight or tomorrow,hope it works! On the bright side I have been eating well! As usual no real diet,just a little here and a little there!
