It's 12:20 here and I just finished my workout!!! I only did 1/2 hour tonight ,I didn't want to overdo it just before bed and be all wired for sound!!Sweet dreams....

hi wendy!: good job! i didnt get as far as id liked w exercise yesterday bc i had to leave after 20 min. bc i couldnt breathe but i also did a lil bit of weight lifting yesterday. didnt wi today...didnt feel like it.

Hi girls,did my workout today!! I didn't really want to do the whole thing because my back is sore and I started a new diet and didn't know what my energy level would be like.I finished the whole hour though!!! Feel pretty good right now!
Hey Diane, sorry you feel like poop Must be pretty hard on you sometimes,especially if you have a fobia.Wish there was something I could do for you,Hun!
