Hey Jen!! Good for you starting all over!! I'm going to start all over with you! Tomorrow is a brand new day!Just so you all know I have been in a funk for the past 3 weeks!!I'm serious I have been the same weight and feel that I'm getting nowhere with all this diet and exercise stuff. Tomorrow I am going to kick it up 2 notches!!! Lets do this girls! I want to be like Diane!! and do the workouts and eat properly!! I think she is my role model!!!!
I want to be 135 for Christmas,I have old friend coming for drinks and I want to look good!! Maybe find a date..... HEHEHE!!! No probably not! I like being single! Well,till later ladies!

i know its hard, but we all can struggle together ok? and your xmas goal doesnt have to be loss, it can be maintainance which is pretty much my goal for right now. id take any loss that comes along, but if not im ok til after the holidays.

Oh No!! diane has threatened to use the Smileycentral! How cool is that!!
Well for dinner I had 4oz. of ham and about 1 1/2 cups of homemade mac and cheese.It was pretty good! Tomorrow is a new day!! Time to get tough with myself! My ex boyfriend who lives in Norfolk,Verginia is coming into town within the next 3-4 weeks and I have to look HOT HOT HOT!!! Now is the time I need HELP, HELP, HELP!!!!!!!

Ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok so I am feeling a little better today....I had WI this morning and I have lost 7 more lbs!!!!! I am sure it is because I have been sick the past few days..but hey...I am NOT gonna be picky lol

Ok Girls!! How are you all today?? I am doing ok!! Well as you can see I lost 2lbs!!! I dont know how!! Must be the Cheerios and ham!! LOL (thats for you Diane!!) I am going to do my 1hour workout tonight,and my 20mins. on the bike right away! I have full intentions of being 130 something by Dec.1st!!!Hope all is great in your lives today! Did any of you see Winnipeg on the news?? We got 2 1/2 feet of snow in one day!! Thats alot! It was also on the net yesterday! Until this evening,Wendy
