Hey Girls, How is everybody today?

I woke up in a very good mood today. I think I got over the exercising hump, you know the first 2 weeks when you wake up on your hurting because you haven't worked out in months. Now I'm feeling the better effects, I'm up and out of bed like a
pop tart now and I dont feel tired all day.
Hey Valerie hows carmen electras aerobic striptease? I wanted to try it but I have so many workout DVDs and tapes I didnt want to buy another one. I heard that it was fun and you forget that your exercising so I might give it a try and "surprise" the boyfried!!
Jenn, I'm sure going to the mall with a 3-year old burns way more calories than any other exercise out there!!!

So far I've lost about 4 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm not really sure sometimes the scale says 6 lbs sometimes its says 3 lbs, but as long as its going down I'm happy! The hardest part so far is staying away from fast food. I have a study group for one of my classes that meets once a week and they always want to meet at McDonalds or Pizza Hut but for 2 weeks now I've been strong and havent given in... yet!!!
