yeah the points system is different now. its not winning points its flex points which basically means that instead of a daily range you get 1 daily number (usually the number is simply subtracting 2 points from the high end of the range.) then, you get an additional 35 points to spend weekly along with activity points.

I start over on WW today. I am excited, yet nervous. I am glad that I found this support group.

OK, so how does this work? My WI this morning was 192.4, so I have gained a little in this past week. Also, my T.O.M. started this morning; maybe some of that is water weight. Oh well.
