Hello! I'm still here. I am trying not to eat after dinner either. I think it's a big step actually. I can have a great day and then totally blow it after the kids go to bed. Usually I snack on dry cereal, but if there are chips in the house they are consumed as well. Last night I was actually feeling a bit hungry, or I imagined I was anyway but I resisted. Today I am one pound heavier. Ughh. It's just normal weight flux I know, but it can be discouraging. Hope everyone is doing well!
