Hi!:wave: everybody, I am back to senses didn't do any snacking or just a little few potato chips, the reason was I was not at home so I am now thinking of going off walking as soon as DH comes home from work.........:rolleyes:might work.
wow! casper you really:flow1: dazzle:flow1: with all the weight loss going on I have a question how do you count the calories I mean I can put calories of bread or chips that I am eating but what about some mix vege with 1 tab spoon of canola oil and some spices and what about the portions!! and rice!! I am so confused.......... But you r doing great..... keep going:balloons:........ Yes, carla I am stuck with superman he airs on abc family at 6pm in smallville.......... I usually eat all nonsense watching him..... he!:lol:he!.....but as our favourite Cat and Bonnie says yesterday is gone so will superman I have to just rush outside when the snacking attack comes........;) congrats!! mascat fr winning your trophy at speech contest.......and also loosing a pound........hope you will have a good family reunion although the loss is huge...... :bravo::bravo:for all of us putting fresh attempts everyday to loose;)and :grouphug: for the encouragemt good day all..... off to TAEBO and abs workout...:wl: |
Just returned from the gym - 30 minutes on the elliptical and 12 pushups.

Bonnie, I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I totally forgot! We have a Halloween party to go to on Monday too! Wow, a seven day roadtrip to New England! May I jump into one of your suitcases?! :lol: Definitely think positive and don't let the parties and travel undo you. Congrats on being back at 197! :) :dance: I am pleased to report that yesterday was another OP day for me! 1190 calories, 10 pushups and 15 situps. Both yesterday and today I walked ~ 7340 steps. Well, it's been a long day. The second day of the church bazaar didn't go as well as the first, but I made enough money to enable me to become active again with Mary Kay. Tried to eat healthy again, while I was gone. A bannana for breakfast along with a Slimfast breakfast shake; roasted chicken :chicken: again with coleslaw and collard greens; 2 bannanas when I got home and then straight back to being OP. Too tired :tired: to do situps or pushups, but we'll see..... Casper :dance: |

I am in Houston with my family and it has been great. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately, I came in with a cold or sinus infection that got worse so I have done nothing but eat and lay around since I have been here. I did get in 50 crunches and 25 girlie pushups today - but that is better than nothing ;)
You all have been so busy! Fishwoman :cp: on your workout. Bonnie :cp: for your goals and :dancer: for overcoming that plateau. 1030 calories. That's not including Lunch out at the church bazaar. Had roasted chicken :chicken: agan, coleslaw, collard greens and cornbread with water. Have walked ~2712 steps for Saturday and Sunday. Will post Sundays progress Later. (need to plug it in on the Slimfast website.) Casper :dance: |

Hi Bonnie! Glad to hear that you did so well for four days - Monday -Thusday...At least you had your exercise session and kept your calories under control on Fiday. Oops on the wine... Congrats on the Hurricanes! Sorry you totally blew your diet on Saturday at the NC State/Old Miss game and afterwards, but glad that you're back on the wagon, as of Sunday! apart from doing exercise and controlling the snacking I am including walking this week though its raining today and its :carrot:halloween too but I will definetly take a break at 6 pm and go walking hope it will help me loose 2 pounds this week. Mscat, so sorry to hear about your grandmother. :kickcan: But I'm glad for both of you that you were able to be with her. Don't worry about the new thread, we can manage until you and your wise words of inspiration and encouragement are ready to take up the torch again. (Meanwhile some once-a-weekers, or at least this one, are being bad and breaking all the rules while "teacher" is away....)
