I too agree, next week the pounds should come off. You girls are putting in the effort so the results will show. Maybe not when you want but when your body is ready.
Shelley drink water and you know with your jogging that you won't be gainning any weight. You are doing a great job maintaining.
Down another pound. Yipee. I am down a total of 11 pounds weighing in at 133. Feel good? You bet!! I hope that for you girls that are not at goal weight you take a few minutes to think about what you will look and feel like. Then when you go to treat yourself to food that you shouldn't be eatting visualize that image again and see if you still want it bad enough.
