  • 7/16: Mowed 2 hours & 1 mile walking

    7/17: 1.5 hours in pool

    Walked TWO times around the block (30 minutes) with HUBBY!! Yep...He walked with me!!
  • WAY TO GO WAYNE & SHERRY! Wayne, walking is one of the best forms of exercise you can do to help your heart.

    Walked twice around the block with Wayne (again!)

    *I did find out today that 4 laps is a mile around my block. So that means we have been walking 1/2 mile. I know it's not much but it's a start!!!
