7/17: 1.5 hours in pool

Walked twice around the block with Wayne (again!)

*I did find out today that 4 laps is a mile around my block. So that means we have been walking 1/2 mile. I know it's not much but it's a start!!! :D

I'm back girls! Still nursing the ill, but I can now pull away for a few minutes!!!

7/25: 2 miles ** I even alternated brisk walking with something that resembled jogging... not much, but hey, it's a start!! It was almost 90 degrees by the time I could get out so I should of also lost a few "sauna ounces"!!!

Today was fun, I had my water aerobics instuctor here with me ;)!!

I am not making any goals for myself this time {that with me} end in failure.
JUST doing everyday something for myself so I can feel better.

Sick and tired of being SICK AND TIRED!!
