Hello, and welcome to 3FC :D

We've just created a new forum for Jorge Cruise followers. We've considered this for a while, based on feedback from some of our members, so having you all join us gave us the kick in the pants we needed to get it started :D

I'm moving all of your posts up there, so please start any new threads in the new forum. It's located further up on the page, in the Diet Central area. Look for General Diet Plans, and Jorge Cruise is a sub-forum behind Dr. Phil and a few others.
