ROCKER - If you really want, you can bring something store-bought, but you don't really need to worry about bringing anything. I think we're going to have plenty!!

BTW, has anyone else had any thoughts about this PJK person, and similarities in posting style to someone else?

How did they mess your order up? And YAY that it was only $16. The one time I got a flat tire...turns out that the rim was bent and the air was slowly leaking out...they said it could've been from a pot hole or something like 6 months prior to when it happened...anyways, it couldn't be repaired. I ended up having to get a WHOLE NEW WHEEL since the other one was bent! The bill for that huge ordeal came to like $700...that was right around my birthday one year too! I was so mad!!

:flame: Below is a press release my company issued...:flame:

PJM Asks Consumers in Mid-Atlantic Region to Conserve Electricity

PJM Interconnection, the electricity grid operator for the Mid-Atlantic region, requested that the public in the region conserve electricity today while the area experiences a heat wave.

Demand for electricity remains extremely high as a result of the continued hot and humid weather conditions. Adequate supplies of electricity are available. However, PJM is taking precautions to ensure the reliability of the transmission system during this time of heavy usage of the grid. PJM asks customers in the Mid-Atlantic region to conserve electricity, if health permits, especially between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Electric customers are asked to take the following electricity conservation steps:

  • Close curtains and blinds to keep out the sun and retain cooler air inside,
  • Postpone using major electric household appliances such as stoves, dishwashers and clothes dryers until the cooler evening hours,
  • If health permits, set your air conditioner thermostat higher than usual, and
  • Turn off non-essential electric appliances and equipment.
While PJM expects to have enough electricity to meet the demand for power, if necessary the company may be required to initiate further operational procedures to preserve the reliable operation of the region’s electric power supply system. PJM will continue to monitor conditions throughout the day and will request the public’s assistance as necessary.

PJM is communicating about the situation with state government officials throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. PJM is coordinating efforts among generators, power suppliers and local utilities.

You'll be fine...it takes a few runs to not feel the pain afterwards. You used muscles that you didn't even know you had. ;)
