Have a good day! |
GOOD MORNING CHICAS,
Well it seems that my period has decided to come around for a visit. I wasn't expecting it till next week but man I'm in PAIN! I was wondering why I was craving chocolates, now I know. But, I have been very good and staying away from the chocolate. I even have a jar of jelly beans sitting in front of me, I always put them out this time of year, and I'm proud to say that I haven't had not even one. Today I have Chicken Stroganoff in the crockpot. Very easy recipe, 1 can of mushroom soup 1 16oz carton of ff sour cream 1 envelope of onion soup mix 1 lb of boneless chicken I cut chicken in cubes and put on bottom of crockpot (spray crockpot with Olive Oil Pam) then mix the rest of the ingredients and throw over chicken, cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Serve with noodles. I'm using whole wheat penne pasta. I'm not sure what the pt value would be but it is totally Core. BTW, I have a good and bad NSV... Good News: I have lost so much weight that I was washing dishes and my wedding band fell down the sink drain. Bad News: I have lost so much weight that I was washing dishes and my wedding band fell down the sink drain. First of all, don't you all have a sink stopper so that things don't fall down the sink drain? Second, don't you take your rings off to do dishes especially since you know that they might fall off since they are lose on you from losing weight? Third, I had to stop wearing my rings about 20lbs ago when I didn't want something like this to happen because they were coming off then. Fourth, apparently I was attention hooring and just wanted everyone to know that I am losing weight and you guys are not. Aren't I such a good friend?!?;) HOLA Twiddle, Chickie, Dutchie and Viva :D Off to get my coffee, HAVE A GREAT DAY!! |

Oh too funny...I think I'll have to go check that one out...I don't even need to ask who that was.
Hey Chicks. What's up? It looks like crappy weather is coming...I'm taking my laptop home tonight just in case. Dinner sounds good, SPILLIE. I'm having Panera tonight. This is my high point day and I can get soup and a half of sandwich for 11.5 pts :) Hope your pain goes away SPILLIE. Get better ROCKER! Hi TWIDDLE & DUTCHIE. |
Boy, I'm glad someone figured it out! Unlike Miss Biotch who took it personally...are you about to have your period as well?!?
