I am going to cut back my running this week, since I had problems this weekend, so I might have to cut my mileage back to 100 or 110. I'll see what happens.

Shelley, don't stress over the lost miles, you do an awesome job even if you are down a few miles.

It's pouring out again, so no running today which is okay since I wanted to cut back anyway. I just hate losing those extra AP's.
