Just a quick note to post my results from last night at WW. Drumroll please.........I lost 2 lbs. I am very pleased with the result was afraid I wasn't going to lose any since I had a little trip up the night before my usual midnight snacking. :o I have got to work on that. I have learned if it is not here I won't eat it. I tried to keep those WW chocolate cakes around but not a good idea for me.
