I know my eating patterns will change. I have to learn to focous on the food. I'm always thinking what can I eat? I'm keeping a notebook and writing every morsel of food down. I've been thinking of actualy going to a wwers meeting instead of doing it online. I need the accountability.. sighhhhhhhh..

I told a girl today on 3fatchicks...its all about finding what works for you! No one else. If going to the ww meetings helps, do it. If you need to, type out all your foods for the day and send it to me :) Anything that will help.
