i'm doing slimming world.
today i ate
cereal and milk
4 oranges (big ones from sams
)
1/2 lb strawberrys
some grapes
baked potato with chicken and mushrooms oh and 1/2 can of baked beans
4 pieces of quiche (bacon and onion)
bacon sandwich + salad
a chicken burger
and about 20 jellybeans
and its all in the plan no cheating !!!!!
