Terrible race, but I finished! I fell down twice on the trails and then got sick and had to sit down a couple of times before heading to the porta potty.

My goal is to do my 30-45 minute workout at least 5 out of 7 days a week. Toal at least 20 workouts this month.
I am up to workout #6.
