My goal for January is to walk 30 miles and ride 30 miles.

I'll try to update daily, but it may be weekly.

My immediate goal for now is to walk and ride another mile tomorrow!

Terrible race, but I finished! I fell down twice on the trails and then got sick and had to sit down a couple of times before heading to the porta potty.

HI!
My goal is to do my 30-45 minute workout at least 5 out of 7 days a week. Toal at least 20 workouts this month.
I am up to workout #6.
