Oh my gosh, I thought I posted here today! Guess not! Sorry girls. I have subscribed to so many of these threads I forget. This is my favorite one tho and I can't believe I didn't post! Well, better late than never. I'm having a great day. It was kinda gloomy weather wise tho! Rain all day. At school of course it stops raining and starts misting and doesn't our principle want us to take the kids out! He's a firm believer that they need fresh air. So we take themout in mist and it must be below 0 or a blizzard for them to stay in. Oh, and rain. That was probly the worst part or my day.

Diet wise I'm doing really good. right on pts and did my spinning class today so I'm happy!

Looks like you all are doing mighty fiiiiiiiiine too.

Jill, Glad youlike the slingo! My kids just got done playing. I haven't gotten on yet today. What room do you go to and what's your name again?

Hey ladies! This is the first chance I've had all day to check in. The kids are off school today and tomorrow. So we went to Chuck E. Cheese today. I was packed. I guess everyone else had the same idea since it was raining. Then we went to Bed Bath and Beyond, Toys R Us, and Acme. We were out for about 4 hours. Then I had to get some laundry done and get dinner cooking. After dinner, we made cookies. I haven't had any. I'm still full from dinner so that's a good thing. I was good at Chuck E. Cheese's too. I got the salad bar and had 2 small slivers of pizza. I even brought my water with me so it's been a great op day.

Crystal- The First Lady exhibit sounds cool. It would be a great experience and memory to have.

Mel- Have fun at the gym today. How did it do with the trainer yesterday? You're probably gaining muscle so that's why the scale isn't moving.

Deana- Have fun at your Pow-Wow and at Curves. You are doing really well.

Roxy- Way to go on the 2 lbs. Congrats on most of your kids getting good grades. That's awesome. Glad your daughter didn't get hurt too bad.

Jeniqua- Hope your daughter has fun at Girl Scouts.

Penny- Woohoo on Disney. I can't wait to take the kids there, but my daughter doesn't really like rides too much right now so I want to wait until she's a little older and will enjoy it more.

Jill- Hope Bayley feels better. Way to go on the weight loss.

Cindi- Good for you on the job. Don't you love when everything seems to fall into place?

Spryng- Scary about the fire. Glad no one got hurt. Great pic!

Angel- Dinner sounds yummy. I had skinless boneless chicken sauted with green pepper, onion and garlic and a nice big salad.

Well I think I got everyone. Hello to anyone I might have missed and to those who haven't posted yet. Need to get some more wash done and get the kids their baths. Extreme Makeover and CSI are on tonight so I'll be vegging in front of the tv come 8. Talk to you later.

Hi ladies. I'm checking in. Dh is gone with a friend this evening doing something their not suppose to. I don't know what that means, he said he didn't want to tell me too much because obviously it's illegal, oh well. Kids are watching Spongebob and I'm fixing to enjoy some International coffee. Andrew fell asleep for like 30 minutes and I so badly wanted him to wake up and he finally did, hope that didn't effect him too badly for tonight.
I burned my hand just a bit on the side of a pan I was getting out of the oven. It's going to blister and it did hurt like !@#$%^&*. I didn't get all my dishes washed from dinner, I knew if I put my hand in hot water it would hurt more so I saved them for in the morning.
I tried to get into some games on POGO and it just made me sleepier so I quit. My mom called and asked if Alisa and Ally can spend the night with her tomorrow night and she's taking them to the zoo on Saturday. So I guess it'll be me and Andrew around here for the most part.
Our slab is scheduled for 9:30 Monday morning, yeah!!! Keep your fingers crossed.

Sherry, so sorry to hear about your little one. Hope she's okay.

Spryng, has Bubba been okay today? Andrew has been, I saw one of Andrew's teeth
trying to come in, not a molar but still the gums are white and red and puffy so I think that was his problem.

Hello to all you other sahm's out there. Not sure if I'll be back around tonight or not. Andrew is cranky, cranky, cranky. TTYL

My first chance to get on the computer and sit back...AAAHHHH!

I had to work today and printing was an all day venture. I'm still not done so I have to finish up next week. So I've been on my feet all day except for my lunch hour.

I watched Nanny 911 last night. I feel a little better. The kids in that family were hellions. Nicole was tired yesterday and napped some after her "episode" at Grandma's house and after my meltdown.

QOTD: Christmas...Traditionally, Christmas Eve is at my dad's house. Then after dinner and present opening we go toward home and check out the Christmas lights on the way. We have some very impressive streets where every house does it. There is Christmas Wreath Lane (their 42nd year), Candy Cane lane, and on another street the houses leave all their outside lights off and just have luminaries lining the street and their driveways. Way neat! Christmas day is the standard shuffle from one household to the next. Last year we did it here and invited everyone over so we wouldn't have to run. That was nice. Another Christmas tradition....my mom's PUMPKIN PIE and her RHUBARB PIE. We usually fight over that. My mom makes the best pies.

Jill-Is Bayley feeling any better? It seems like everyone's kids are getting sick. Nicole has had diarrhea for a few days. When she gets sick, it seems like it takes her body a long time to reset itself.

Deana-You my parent meltdown buddy for the week.... Seems we had the same kind of bad day yesterday. My break from the kids (work) today was a blessing. I needed a break.

Roxy-How's your dd's hand. I bet its a little sore. Poor little honey. Congrats on the weight loss.

I'll check back later. I got little people breathing down my neck. A mother's day is never done. BTW-Thank you for being my suburban psychotherapists. It really helps to be able to vent.

p.s.

Seems like we are all experiencing pogo and slingo addictions. Do we need to start on-line game addiction thread for us "weak" people.
