Hey girlies! Just got back from town with mom, we were bored, so we headed into town and went to the fabric store and then to Ross (discount clothing in case you don't have it in your area) and then to lunch. Got back and we are going to our friends house tonight to eat chicken taco sald, which is exactley what I ate for lunch! Uh Oh! I don't care it was good!! LOL Anyway I'm going to post those pics of my hair after I post this, It's kind of wild but I love it! I love experimenting with my hair, it's just hair right? LOL

Leigh what a cute room!! Doesn't it just feel so good when you get a big project like that done. It gives me so much energy to do more! Great job! Hope your puter is fixed soon we miss you!!

Penny Congrats on the awesome party! All your hard work paid off! Sounds like the boys had a blast! What a great idea to have it at the karate place, good thinking about cake outside. LOL Looked like the weather was just perfect too. I bet you are relieved to have it done though, I know I was. I am totally up for flylady tomorrow. I got the house manageable today but I still need to clean before my big week of school starts. Hope you enjoy the rest of your evening!

Yesterday was a so so day. Someone said do something fun...but I did what needed to be done...the tree trimming and such. :p Today I did get to go to the mall by myself to exchange a pair of shoes I bought for Tony and get a new watch battery for me. Also bought a few new blouses that I can wear to work and can also be worn with jeans so they'll do double duty. They're from my Mom since she gave me money for my bday :D .

So I have a group of friends that get together monthly for dinner...I have known them (most) since high school (remember, I'm old so that's a looooooong time :lol: ). Last year for my 40th..they thought they would get me by renting one of those goofy sign's for my yard (I'll try to remember to post the pic). I thought it was very funny. This year...they have totally forgotten my birthday. I'm kind of ticked off because I always remember them and email them on their day and everything. The only one I can understand is my bf because she and her dh & kids flew to Disney on Wednesday so she was excited about vacation and it slipped her mind...btw, hope they get out before Jeanne! It's supposed to hit in a few hours and I think they weren't supposed to fly out until tomorrow! YIKES. I'll see some at TOPS Monday and see if they remember...if not I'll have to make a rude comment about them forgetting me :p . Thanks for listening...to men it's no big deal if their friends don't say happy bday so Dh wouldn't understand!

Tomorrow I will be working on staining the deck. Dh started it today but I think I'll pawn the boys off on him tomorrwo so I can do that! TOM has sent PMS in a big way so I have been crabby for 2 days already :lol: . Also eating like a piggy again this week...arrrrgh. Gotta get my act together...no one's going to do it for me you know? Still exercising though.

Hello ladies.

I just got here for the first time today because we have been tearing out the shower wall to replace the plumbing. It's turning into a bigger job than we planned but it will be well worth it when we're done. And I'm getting my way on a few things, like a new shower board for that wall that is sooo pretty and changing from the sliding doors to a double curtain system. I hated those doors and I could never get in there to clean them because I couldn't spray cleaner while standing in the tub or I would gag. I can't wait to get it done, but we have to wait til Monday now so we can get everything we need. They are closed tomorrow.

Tomorrow we have a family reunion so I have to get up in the morning and get food ready to take. I'm making my infamous Black Magic Cake and a crockpot of green beans.

Crystal: Sorry you didn't sleep well again. Good buy on ebay.

Chris: Hope you all had fun at the fundraiser. I wish our PTO would do something more like that. Instead this year they had the kids design the front of a card and you can write what you want it to say on the inside, then they are sending them out to be printed. The problem is they are $20 for 18 cards and envelopes. Too high for me. Not sure mine will sell any. I will show them to family but not sure any of them will buy either.
Hope your meds weren't too hard on you tonight. Glad your daughter's baptism went well.

Jill: WOW!!! You're right, it is a little wild but you'll fit right in at college I'm sure. Does it make you feel younger? With it being a weave, will the colors fade any over time? I've never known anyone to get it done and just have no clue.

Geri: Soooooo sorry your "local" friends forgot your birthday. I know how that is. Sounds like you are getting alot done around the house this weekend. Sorry tom is there. And no I didn't send it, even though mine left yesterday. ;) . Glad you got some nice things for you with your money mom gave you. How cute on the sign!!! As far as the listening, that's what we are here for, vent all you need ;) .

Well, I'm gonna get kids in bed then I'm going. I have 80 oz down today and going for the last 20 now. I am sooooo hoping I can fill up on low cal items tomorrow, but I know how family reunions are.....everyone brings their best dish and it's usually really fattening. I'm gonna try to fill up on meats and leave the pastas and desserts alone.

I will try to get back in the morning before we leave. If not I will be here tomorrow evening.

Hey girls! I'm still around! LOL! We've been gone all day today to visit my bf and just got home a little bit ago. My memory came in for my computer and it's not helping my game play faster... really sucks.
But anyway, dh is huffing about me being on the computer so I guess I better get off here but I wanted to let you all know I'm still alive! LOL. Hope to post more tomorrow. G'nite!

Spryng I'm thinking that if you want your game to play "seamlessly" you may have to go up to a full 1024 (1g) I have 512 on my laptop now and it runs pretty smooth (the game that is) did you check your system (ctrl panel, then click system) and see how much memory is now on your computer (256, 512, etc...) it should say 512 (I think thats what you got, and you should have removed your old 256 chip when you put in the new 512 chip most new computers require that you double the memory when you upgrade so you cant have 1 512 chip and the 256 chip in. Just a few things that may help ya out I'll IM this to you too just incase you dont see it here :)
