Abba, I'm going to focus on the Calorie Clublette thread for awhile, so if you're doing a calorie count you might want to take a look over there as well. We've only got a few posters at the moment, but I really like the idea and even if everyone else would leave, I'm going to keep it going for awhile! :)

You're doin' great Abba! It is really hard to journal...and I should know, I've fallen off the wagon for nearly a month now and NOT done it. It takes a lot of committment to do!
Empress A I don't do well at calories either...will lurk over there, but likely not post...musicans don't count well over 4 you know :lol: Am still having computer probs...so will not be posting a lot! Well time to get a bit serious again I of course fell off the wagon. Summers are tough lots of parties, camping , picnics its endless. Oh well and not to mention a clam bake this week! My current wt. is 168.5 up a bit but not bad lowest pt. was 166 that was really short a day or two. At least I have stayed stable with all I ate that was luck.
Wed. 2 eggs, 1 lg. rye bread lt. butter coffee 2 cups large salad with turkey br. , lettuce, cuke, tomatoes, light dressing, cheese 1 yogurt low carb. water 1 toffee bar Atkins low carb chicken grilled, caesar salad 1/2 baked potatoe 1/4 cup frozen peas salsa w/ blue chips 1 thin stick ice cream bar 1 small piece of cheese water intake good for the day about 64 oz. sugar free jello 1/2 cup I had the muchies but I think it was at least under control. I tried! At least it wasn't smores like at camp. This is my adjustment back to the real world. Boy I am glad this journal has continued it has worked in the past for me. |
