Yeah Shelley!! How long does it take you to do a mile? I am working on increasing my speed.
Wednesday walk 5 miles Curves 30 minutes I put on a pair of shorts today that were snug just a few weeks ago and now they are loose and comfy! That is a great feeling. |
Tina, you probably walk faster than I run! I run a mile in anywhere from 10:30-11:30.
