    Final June Weight - 151.4 (missed goal by 1.4 lbs.)

    JULY 2004

    Here are my July goals... I plan to lose 8 pounds by July 16, then maintain til the end of the month. Don't plan to lose while on vacation, so the work must be done in advance.

    I am also planning to go to the track for a 30 minute power walk each day that I am working this month. I finally got back to the track for 2 sessions over the past 2 weeks, but will go faithfully everyday until we go on vacation.
