Lets see,,,i just finished reading Woman's World,,,really good write up about pain in the adominal area...*cramp like feelings* which could be varicos veins...

Susan, funny I was at Superstore (same as Albertson's) and looked at Ben and Jerry's ice cream,,,walked away. Did look for some fat free low calorie ice cream,,,the only one I saw was Beyers,,,but it has aspertame in it,,,triggers migranes. Which I was feeling like I was having early this morning,,,after eating a protein bar that Ive never had before. Darn! It tasted good too...

Kathy! I want to go see Cher! I was reading your post and the date and was thinking hey Cher is coming then read more and felt instant Jealousy! None of my friend want to see her...grrrr You should of called me...Im in the book.

LK...ya what kind of dress are you going for? Are you going for a color sceme? (SP)

Marti,,,ah man you are so lucky with Jhania's wanting clothes...the fun! Ya know whats big now? Manicures for little girls. They even have manicure parties for a small group of girls.

Tomorrow I have a day off,,,plan to get my nails done,,,chiropractic appointment, and lunch with Monte,,,I feel soooo spoiled! I called my PI boss,,,she treats me like her kid,,,she was on my so fast,,,why haven't you called,,,were have you been,,,how are you,,,blah blah blah,,,shes so sweet! Going to make a point of stopping in and visiting her tomorrow.

Well I should get myself going to bed...
I have a big day of being a lady of leisure....lol

take some motrin,,,,it helps with cramps and bleeding. Thats what my Gyno recommends,,,and she was the second person to tell me that.
like you Marti, I get horrible cramps,,goes right to my thighs and back. Plus a brutal headache...ya its fun being a girl.
there is Tampax commercial that says Being a girl rocks...like who would say that during TOM?

Marti - you will treasure forever the bookshelf your grandpa makes for you! I have seen David Bach before on Oprah, but didn't see it yesterday (isn't she in re-runs now?) Anyway, I remember him being very adamant about paying yourself first, no matter what. Which is what Neal has done all these years, so when he retires we should be okay. Your idea of talking to James about it is a good one.

Susan - somebody at your company must think a lot of you to call and ask you about the position! Good luck with that! Les sounds like a real cutie.

Jen - your din-din sounds yummy. I like all those veggies and would add some green and red peppers to them.

Shanna - sweetie, if you hate your job so much, try to find a different one! Who says you have to stay there? Life is too short to be bummed out all the time about it....Or just concentrate on the positive side that at least it lets you get the bills paid. Sorry about your computer. I know I go crazy when mine's not running right. Is it something fixable?

Sue - hope you find out what's wrong and start feeling better soon.

Angie - I buy Blue Bunny frozen yogurt and ice cream. They use Splenda in their ice cream and it tastes really good, imho. The vanilla is what I use to make my smoothies with - one-quarter cup at a time, lol. I'm so glad you have the day off and have fun plans. As I have mentioned before, I've never had a professional manicure, but will have to remedy that soon. Enjoy your day!

It's supposed to rain off and on all day again here in Indiana. Lots of famers with corn in the bottoms have lost their crops. I think I'm going to get out the boat, lol, just in case I need it.

I think I'll get my shopping done a day early and beat the crowds. My menus and grocery list for next week are ready to go. Speaking of which, my new Mexican recipe wasn't very good, but I'm trying a new chicken stew tomorrow and will let you know if it is.

Morning ladies--

Nothing like waking up to a lawnmower!! Just how early do they need to start?? The senior housing behind us had the landscapers over every Wednesday.......I should've been up much sooner than 8:00 though!! Oh well, just need to grab a cup of coffee and primp up a little before I head to Eugene and hit the malls.

This one will be quick but I must comment to Shanna........

If your job is so crappy.....why did you get me an application for it? It can't possibly be that bad can it??


Ok...I will chat some more later when I get back. I don't have much shopping to do since Jhanai's list is small, but spendy!! (It's only going to get worse isn't it?)
