Good Morning All.
First of all... Leigh, WTG girl!!! That is WONDERFUL. Don't worry I think your company will say something before too long. If not, so what, you can see the difference and feel it and that's what matters. Spryng, WTG too!!! I think you've broken your plateau. That has to be a nice feeling, huh? Cindi, glad you got your water in. Think about how you did it and try it everyday and see if you get the same results. Lisa, glad you got out for your walk this morning. Well, for me, I'm alittle less queasy. Still alittle but not bad. I was actually wanting cereal this morning, I kind of want scrambled eggs too, I'm not sure if I'll make them or not. I slept okay but not great. Well today is cleaning my mom's house, doing laundry over there. I've got to go to the bank and I'll probably take the kids to Sonic, I actually want another one of their salads. But I want a side of tater tots, I've been craving ketchup. I don't think that will be too bad, huh? Okay I'm starting to feel alittle queasier, so I'm gonna go make me those scrambled eggs. TTYL |

Well thanks for all the nice compliments on my exercise, that made me feel good! :D Leigh - Congrats on the 3lbs down!!!! :bravo: :balloons: You are doing wonderful!! Your poor little doggy lol he's gettin fit too!! How cute!! Spryng - I am going through scale withdrawls a little but not too bad. But I had to have him take it away because I was just feeling so bad and if I feel bad I'm more likely to go OP so we'll see what sunday brings but hey if its a maintain I'll be happy because I have bumped up my resistance training so I KNOW I am getting some great muscle built up!! :bravo: I am keeping my fingers crossed that you broke through your plateau!! Keep it up girl!!! Cindi - I can't wait to hear your WI!!! I bet you are in One-derland!! How exciting!! I can't wait til I am there! Lisa - Have a great walk!! I'm planning at least 4 miles for today and maybe 2 30 minute sessions of resistance training, thats 2 hours of exercise again!! Who woulda thought that someone my size was capable of 2 hours of exercise a day!! I'm soo proud *toot toot* (thats me blowing my own horn lol) Nothing planned for us as usual just hanging out around the house cleaning, playing, if it will dry up a little outside then we'll go play on the swingset or sandbox. But it doesn't look as if that is going to happen today :( oh well we have all summer. Taylor has been dying to use her glitter paints so maybe we'll do that after Teagan goes down for her nap. OH yeah Teagans first top tooth broke through yesterday!! My lil baby has chompers!! Oh I suppose I better get off here and get my house straightened up AGAIN lol. I will check back in a bit! Spryng! We must have posted at the same time. :bravo: on the 2 lbs down!!! Wow. I bet you have broken the plateau with your workouts. Way to go:) Today is my flexpoint day too, so I may order something with fries as well. I like to indulge in a small hamburger and small fires at McDonalds once every week or every other week because it's one of the things I love. Hope you feel better soon and that it isn't anything long-lasting :( I can't wait to see how your blanket looks.
Lisa - thanks for the kind words. Sounds like you're right on track for the day. Crystal - thank you :) I'm glad your tummy's doing better today. I hope it lasts and marks a big turning point. A salad with tater tots shouldn't be that bad :D Michelle - thank you :D Liam's tooth is just breaking through the gum too. He's been sleeping a lot yesterday and today, and I think that's why (that and the tylenol). Well, I have a couple of questions. Spryng, I'm glad to hear it's normal to come in under points sometimes. Did your appetite noticeably change after being on WW a month or so? My appetite is sooo different now - it's kind of freaking me out a little :lol: I assume it's a good thing, but I'm just not hungry like I used to be. It's almost really hard to eat all my points now and for some reason that worries me. Well, I think Liam would like a bottle, TTYL :) |

I really thought it would be lower, as I have been at this weight for days. I guess the added exercise and the lack of eating much at all when I get busy like I have been may have played into the final result. But I am happy anyway!! I know I am doing my best, so I can't complain! I will continue to up the exercise which may cause a slow down for a bit, but it will be worth it. Today...I will be doing the usual stuff plus cleaning my carpet! Christian went from removing his diapers to "digging" in them! :censored: :no: :yikes: Congrats to all of today's BIG losers!! WE got it goin on!! Back after these carpets are fresh and new looking!! :bravo: |

Wow, I'm so excited for all the big losers today!!!! What a great job everyone is doing, from losing weight, breaking plateaus, getting all their exercise in and more and even getting their water in! I'm very impressed with you all! Michelle, fatastic job on avoiding the scale for a bit, I think it will definately help you stay OP and I'm guessing you are going to break through your stall really really soon!
So all you ladies doing W.Watchers, tell me about their new Flex-point system? I used to do W.W. on the old points system, so what's the major difference between the two? Is your points allowence the same during the week, then you just earn extra points? Give me the scoop! No much planned today, some major cleaning and organizing, I still have left-over garage sale items in my dining room to put away and some floors to mop. This weekend we have a short Birthday party to go to and the rest of it will be spent cleaning up the back yard a bit. Remember I told you all about our demolishing it to get our jacuzzi in? Still worth it, but still kind of a mess and the boys love playing out there so we need to make it safer for them. I feel bad for my girlfriend Marla, she doesn't get much help from her husband. As a matter of fact I absolutely despise the man, but that's another story. It's hard to have a close friend and not like their husband, you have to really watch your tongue! Well off to make some snacks for me and the boys. I've been fighting a cold I think so I need to dose up on some Echinachea for a few days. No time to get sick! -Di |

Lisa - Walk away the pounds is an at home walking program, the instructor Leslie Sansone, is wonderful and chatty so you don't get really bored lol, of course I know my dvds by heart now and mimic her while I'm working out! Its more like walk aerobics but there aren't steps to learn, its very basic I was exercise challenged before I heard about walk away and now I exercise almost everyday! Even the one mile will get your blood pumping! Check it out at www.walkawaythepounds.com or you can buy them on ebay just search for Walk away the pounds :).

Hello again!
Back from my shopping. I paid some bills, hit the library and checked out every book they had on crocheting, lol, maybe I'm becoming obssesed, lol. But I really want to learn everything I can about it and get much better. I would love to be able to look at a pattern and say, Oh I can do that! you know? Then I went to walmart and grabbed some more yarn that was on sale and some that wasn't :o (but it was soooo pretty, lol) Then we had taco bell for lunch came home and read my new books and now I'm tired, lol. I'm really trying to fight off whatever it is that is happening to me. I think DH gave me whatever it was he had last week. But I'm fighting back with vit c and zicam... I hope I win. I can't be sick with 3 kids. ok, enough about me, lol... Di, flexpoints is not so different from winning points. Is that the one you did? With winning pts you get point ranges and you could "bank" pts to save for a special dinner or treat. Well with flexpoints you get a daily target pt, like for me it's 20 pts a day. Then along with that you get 35 "flexpoints" to use how you wish during the week. You can have a few everyday or save them for one big binge, etc, lol. And on your WI day they roll over and you start fresh with another 35 flexpoints. And activity pts are different. Now you can eat as many as you earn but you must eat them the day you earn them... you can't save them. I think that is it in a nutshell. If you are interested in joining the cheapest way is to get your stuff off of ebay. But if you have your old materials they'll work too. All my books and such are winning pts books, but the pts slider is all I really use and the winning pts one is the same as the new flexpoint one. I hope that was all clear. I feel foggy headed today, lol. But if you have any more questions feel free to ask! And Di, that zicam (you can get it at walmart) really kicks a cold in the butt, so check it out if you get into town. Cindi!!! CONGRATS!!! That is One-derful!!! LOL. You must be excited. I think it's normal for kids to "dig" in their diapers. My dd used to be bad to make a BAD diaper during her naptime and when I'd go to get her up her walls would be "painted". That happened 3-4 times and I was a gagging mess trying to clean walls, floors, toys, etc. (I threw alot of toys away because of that, not worth the cleaning) They do grow out of it though. Hang in there, lol. Leigh, yes my appetite changed alot after being on ww for awhile. I guess my stomach shrunk because I would get full faster. Dh would laugh at me because when he came home I would try to eat alot but he said I was a bird, lol. But there are times when I can really put away some food, but most of the time a serving really does fill me up. But that is a good thing, lol. Dh is going through that now with his diet. He comes home ready to eat the town down but can barely finish one plate. So it's a good side effect of dieting. \ Lisa, congrats on that great walk!! You are doing so wonderful. Spryng - I hope you don't get sick girl!! I'm sending out the flu busters to your house so they can combat the bug in your house ;) You have gotten really enthusiastic with your crocheting!! I think that is absolutely wonderful!! I want to start scrabbooking but it is time consuming and right now I seem to be at my limit and by the time I can sit and do something for myself I'm just zonked and can't concentrate lol. I'm sure you know the feeling ;) Well I just finished my 4 mile walk so that was 1 hour of exercise down and one hour to go!! Woo hoo I can't wait to see the results, people say I'm gonna be a little hardbody by time I'm done lol. OHHHHH I read somewhere that as a reward for reaching goal that someone was going to get their wedding photos redone, I'm going to do that too!! I'm going to get my dress resized although I don't know if they can take them in that far lol. Heck maybe we'll go ahead and renew our vows and make, kinda like starting over with the new me! I can't wait and its such a great reward I think :) Especially seeing as I had Taylor one year before we were married and I had packed on the pounds during that year for a number of reasons I've talked about before lol. Ok, you have waited long enough, lol. I couldn't sleep so I'm going to post some of those pictures I've been promising. I think this is one of everyone but bubba... I'm going to have to find a different one of him to share. The one of me isn't great... but o-well... you get to see the good and the bad, lol. I didn't even know my dh took it until I uploaded it. I dodge cameras, lol.

Got the new dishwasher in today and he came early so had to quit my walk at around 2 miles and didn't get back to it. I can't see any of Lisa's posts...does anyone know why?? Even the old ones are gone. Is it something I said??? Hope you all have a wonderful night. TTYL |
