Good morning ladies,
Had a good day yesterday, and even though it's been just three days that I've been on this new program, this morning my eyes were less puffy when I woke up and my rings seemed a little looser. My weigh-in is going to be Sunday mornings, so we'll see what happens then.
I agree with you completely, moderate portions of everyday food and regular exercise (not too stressful--I also have a bad knee) is the way to go. May take longer, but it ends up not being a "diet" as such but just life.

I've decided that I'm going to start thinking of sweets as something you have only on holidays and special days like birthdays... I'm not going to refuse a piece of my baby granddaughter's birthday cake, but that doesn't mean I have to have cake every day.
Do either of you ladies keep a journal on the journal page? I've looked for you but I may have missed you. I've been journaling too and it helps.
